2026 VILLAGE & ALUMNI EVENT: St Anthony VillageFest Parade & More! (Fri, July 31, 2026)

Is there a more St Anthony tradition than Voyagers young and old dispersing freezie pops to the overheated crowd during the VillageFest parade? I've checked the history books and there isn't.

As a Voyager, either current or alumni, you can take part! The kids absolutely love giving away the freezie pops, and it's really fun to see the VillageFest parade from the perspective of a participant.

Official gather time is 6pm, parade start is 7pm. RSVP is optional, but try to attend if you can. We all love this program and it's a great time to represent it.

Meet in the St. Charles Parking lot. Beverages will be served for both adults and kids
Wear your most recent Voyagers camp shirt, otherwise wear any Voyagers apparel. If you don't have any Voyagers stuff, wear something bright and colorful.
Bring light winter gloves or gardening gloves for your hands (don't freeze your fingies!) and scissors for cutting the freezie tops.
Get your freezie-pops in the freezer SOON and spread them out so they freeze (don't just leave them in the box). Kids LOVE handing out freezies! I will tell you from my experience last year - freeze the freezies way earlier than you think. I was reduced to handing out unfrozen freezie pops (aka juice tubes) last year and nobody wants that.
The Parade is open to all Voyagers, past, present and future. This specifically includes the most recent graduates!

2026 – 2027 Voyagers Season

Registration for the next Voyager Season will open before VillageFest weekend.

Have friends or neighbors that aren’t in Voyagers yet? Send them to the nevoyagers.com website or have them reach out to Kent or Brian at nevoyagers@gmail.com. This program works best when members are ambassadors. We all know Voyagers is great, so why not share that fun with others?
